Lucien (the good twin) is trying to save the precious swamp where his best friend Tony "The Shrimp Boy" Parsons lives while Wayne (the bad twin) is determined to blow it up. Luckily, Lucien and Tony manage to save the day with the help of the elusive Hairy Marsh Snail.
